The TIMELINE involved with the purchase of your Solar Electric (PV) system is as follows:

1.) We need to know your AVERAGE electrical usage for the Entire year.
SDG&E can help you determine this info either on-line or over the phone.
This info will enable us to calulate the amount of Solar PV that you will need.

2.) We will then determine the most effective place to mount and install your Solar (PV) system.
The area that is available to install your Solar will determine how much Solar Energy your system can produce.
We will take into account the Azimuth, Shading and Roof Pitch.
These figures will all go into the State Rebate Calulator that will determine your Rebate amount.

3.) We then Reserve your place in the State Rebate Incentive Program.

4.) We then apply for a Building Permit with your City, Community or the County.
Each City, Community, or County has their own Solar Permit requirements for a permit.

5.) After the permit is granted we will begin the installation.
The installation will take about 3 to 5 days.

6.) After we have completed the installation, an Inspection will be performed by the City and SDG&E.
When we are given the OK we will switch on your Solar (PV) and your SAVING will start IMMEDIATELY.

7.) You will Be GREEN, Save a Ton of MONEY on your Electric bill and INCREASE the VALUE of YOUR HOME.

REBATES
The FEDERAL TAX CREDIT is currently set at 30% of the Cost of the Entire installation.
The STATE REBATE has currently run out of money, however this could change and a re-funding is possible .
